Talent Guardian is currently seeking an experienced Finance Administrator on behalf of our client based in Poole. This is a temporary position with an immediate start, ideal for someone confident in managing a range of finance and credit control duties.
Our client is flexible so they will consider full time or part time hours
Key Responsibilities:
Sending customer account statements promptly and accurately
Chasing outstanding debts via email and telephone
Providing copies of invoices or credit notes upon request
Handling delivery account pull-throughs
Updating account commentary on internal spreadsheets
Performing general account housekeeping to ensure accuracy between invoicing and delivery records
Supporting the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience in finance administration or credit control
Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with finance/accounting systems
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment Hours are 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Payrate £14.00ph - £15.00ph depending on experience
