A new full-time role for an Administrator is currently available.Based on-site in the heart of Chichester, Sussex.

ABOUT YOU
Are you a skilled Administrator who enjoys working collaboratively in a team completing a full range of administrative tasks on a daily basis? Are you an Administrator who ensures their tasks are completed to a high level of accuracy?
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As part of our team, you’ll be contributing to high-impact work that has the power to shape the future of vital medical care. The role includes:
General Administration
* Ensure the smooth running of the office (responsibilities shared by all team members)
Clinical Review Activity
* Support the Clinical Reviewers to ensure weekly clinical activity
Client Management
* Ensure that information on the Review databases is accurately stored and maintained
Other Stakeholder Management
* Support the effective and efficient management of information requests from stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver a high-quality and professional service demonstrating integrity, empathy, and discretion at all times.
• Handle sensitive and complex subject matter with empathy, respect, maturity and professionalism.
• Manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of data handling, ensuring full compliance with Data Protection, GDPR and confidentiality protocols.
• Provide accurate and efficient administrative support including preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and maintaining records.
• Contribute to internal and external meetings, including occasional participation outside standard working hours in order to meet objectives. Occasional travel may be required.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and professionals across various disciplines.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, stakeholders and members of the public via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
Skills, attributes and experience to thrive in this role
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Intermediate level is essential, advanced level is desirable.
* Proven experience working to deadlines in a dynamic, multi-professional environment.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive data and preparing documentation.
* Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
* Demonstrated initiative, proactivity, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions.
* High level, fluent, verbal and written communication skills.
* Comprehensive understanding of Data Protection/GDPR requirements and data confidentiality standards.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of people.
Please note due to the nature of the work there are some additional requirements with the role:

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust working hours and change tasks to meet the needs of the service.
• Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional early morning or evening meetings.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering service excellence.
