Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be required to work at reception and on telephones, handling various enquiries from service users and visitors.
You will be expected to undertake clerical work such as patient registrations, document processing, and data entry.

To provide receptionist/administrative services efficiently for all patients and visitors, facilitating effective access to healthcare.

Person Specification
Experience
* Computer literate
* Excellent telephone manner
* Experience working in a GP practice
* Experience with software systems such as Emis, eRS, Microsoft packages
Qualifications
* English and Maths GCSE A-C
* At least 1 year experience in a healthcare setting
* Experience in Primary Care setting
* Knowledge of EMIS Web and local area
