Your Day-to-Day…
1. You’ll be working 37.5 hours a week
2. Work in partnership with service users, their families and other stakeholders to assist with the recovery process
3. Forge links and maintain contact with other statutory agencies
4. Lead on the social care needs of service users
5. Ensure that service users and their families/carers are aware of their legal rights
6. Take an active role in safeguarding within the multidisciplinary team
7. Provide written reports to the multidisciplinary team and other professionals
You are…
8. A Registered Social Worker with Social Work England
9. A relevant Social Work qualification
10. Experienced in working within a mental health setting, or passionate about working in this field
11. Knowledgeable of safeguarding, health & safety, data protection, confidentiality issues & equality & diversity
12. An excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
13. Able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
14. Skilled in report writing with excellent literacy skills and attention to detail
