This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior eCommerce Manager to take ownership of the UK digital channel, driving performance, improving conversion and ensuring the website delivers a best-in-class experience for customers. You’ll lead day-to-day site management, coordinate trading updates and champion an intuitive, confidence-building user journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering digital revenue targets and nurturing the vast majority of customer journeys.
* Managing daily content updates: tours, offers, banners, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
* Improving user experience and conversion across mobile and desktop using analytics, testing and data-led insight.
* Ensuring the UK website reflects commercial priorities, pricing, availability and product changes accurately.
* Working closely with Commercial, Product, Marketing and the global eCommerce team to maintain alignment across markets.
* Supporting optimisation, UX/UI enhancements and platform stability in collaboration with the global eCommerce team.
* Reporting on site performance, user behaviour and content effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
* Strong experience in digital trading, optimisation and delivering revenue growth.
* A customer-centric mindset with the ability to create intuitive journeys that support booking decisions.
* Confident using analytics and A/B testing to diagnose issues and identify opportunities.
* Detail-oriented content management skills with a commitment to accuracy and brand consistency.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Marketing and global teams.
* Technical confidence in CMS management, platform changes and troubleshooting.
* Organised, proactive and comfortable handling multiple updates at pace.
