We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated admin professional, with an interest in Health and Social Care, to join our Business Support team in supporting our Senior Leadership Team with their day-to-day business. This is a rewarding role, where you are given the freedom to plan your own workload and apply yourself across a varying and wide-reaching range of activities.

This exciting position requires someone who thrives under pressure and can multi-task, take minutes, work to deadlines, forward plan and use their initiative as the post demands. Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills are essential. Candidates must be able to manage multiple activities and still deliver accurate and meticulous work. Previous experience supporting senior management is a must; however on-the-job training and further development opportunities will be provided.

This post is part of a team of PA/secretaries who support the Partnership’s Senior Leadership Team and portfolios. The team are hybrid working, with some days working from home and some days in the office (Marischal College).

You will be educated to standard grade level or equivalent (to include English) and have experience in working in an office environment. Proven knowledge and experience of MS software including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Excel is essential.
