Responsibilities
* Lead your store team to maximise sales and profit.
* Maintain the highest standards of store presentation and customer service.
* Meet the store's targets and contribute to the charity's fundraising goals.
Qualifications
* Experienced people manager.
* Creative, resourceful and organised.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
* Willingness to undergo a Basic criminal records check as part of the recruitment process.
