Residential Development Solicitor, 4+ years, Newcastle, GBP 70,000+ (DOE) : A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Development Solicitor to join a thriving team. JOB REF: 3077.
The Role
* You will be responsible for a varied caseload including land acquisitions, developer collaboration agreements, disposals of serviced parcels, funding arrangements and regeneration projects.
* You will work closely with top housebuilders and specialist developers on major projects across England and Wales.
* You will attend networking and business development events to attract new clients.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Residential Development Solicitors with at least 4 years PQE in real estate, ideally with experience advising on and an interest in specialising in development projects.
* Experience of supervising more junior members would be advantageous.
* It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
