Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and evaluate the retail market to understand innovation in different sectors.
* Work with commercial teams to define briefs for all new fixture development, considering cost, design, delivery and ESG.
* Prepare and present board papers requesting project CAPEX approval.
* Follow ASW procurement process, conducting tenders and quotation processes.
* Collaborate with the space planning team to understand the space and location of new solutions, agreeing target stores based on segment.
* Ensure health and safety compliance and manage projects from concept to implementation, considering operational and cost efficiencies.
* Own and manage the critical path for all fixture development projects, ensuring efficient roll‑outs.
* Manage external facilities and stock control, ensuring fixtures arrive in the right place at the right time.

What You’ll Need
* Project management experience and contract management.
* Experience managing a team at a senior level.
* Commercial experience in the retail sector balancing technical and commercial decisions.
* Ability to travel within the UK.
* Successful experience with external contractors, design agencies and implementation managers.
* Capability to undertake projects independently and work in larger teams with internal and external partners.
* Vendor and procurement management experience.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and internal databases.
