Responsibilities:
* Posting supplier invoices
* Making supplier payments
* Posting month-end journals
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Handling supplier queries as needed
* Cash book postings and bank reconciliations
Requirements:
Knowledge:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Understanding of month-end and year-end processes
Skills:
* Numeracy and organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to build relationships within the finance team
Experience:
* Previous experience in a finance role
* Experience with computerized accounting packages
Desirable:
* Experience in the marine sector
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision
