We have an exciting new vacancy for a Chef de Partie to join our team at The Grand Burstin Hotel in Folkestone. This superbly located 481 room hotel is based on the seafront, overlooking Folkestone's picturesque harbour and just a short walk to local amenities such as Folkestone centre and Folkestone central train station

Your duties will include:
Preparing high-quality food, following the guidance of our Head Chef.
Assisting in the preparation and service of meals for various menus.
Adhering to our stock control procedures.
Working effectively as part of a busy team.
Adding your own unique flair and creativity to your dishes.
The successful candidate will have experience in working in a fast-paced kitchen, have a level 2 hygiene certificate or higher as well as strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
