1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time, Long-Term Role Location: Watford, Hertfordshire Start Date: September 2026 We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a welcoming primary school in Watford. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in September 2026, ideal for candidates with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) support or those looking to develop their career in inclusive education. The Role You will provide personalised support to a pupil with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum and participate fully in school life. Working closely with the class teacher and SEN team, you will contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
