Salary : FTE: A GBP 27,694, Pro:rata A GBP 25,339 : A GBP 25,727 per annum, including an allowance for holiday pay

The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in leading the dayAEUR'toAEUR'day operations of the Catering Department, ensuring high standards, effective teamwork, and a positive, professional service across the site.

The qualifications and experience required of a Sous Chef are:
* Experience in a busy kitchen
* Supervisory experience
* Training staff experience
* Knowledge of food hygiene and H and S
