*Access to wages from 3 days* Immediate Start *Holiday Pay*
Salary: £13.72 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.47 holiday pay)

Are you looking for a role involving high-profile projects for leading UK grocery supermarkets and DIY chains? We have Team Manager opportunities working on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews, and Store Support Projects. You will work at a fast pace, making quick decisions and leading teams to merchandise stock to a high standard.
The Role
* A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts, Sunday to Thursday.
* You will lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers, carrying out client tasks.
* Communicate progress and project sign-offs with Management.
* Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
* Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (mostly nights). Shifts are scheduled via our Field Power platform, accessible on your smartphone.
* You will clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
* Work involves different retail sites/stores with travel varying per shift.
* Tasks include:
* Removing and replacing stock per client plans and systems.
* Adjusting shelf heights.
* Moving stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.
* Travel may be required when local work isn't available; accommodation is provided if staying away.
* Make decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Previous experience in Merchandising, Retail Supervision, or people management required.
* Methodical, detail-oriented approach.
* Manual handling and heavy lifting involved.
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
* Must be able to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18+.
