Key responsibilities and qualifications
* Experienced in detailing and specification writing
* Principal designer experience
* Building Safety Act activities
* Gateway 2 submission experience
* Contractual awareness
* Strong project management skills across RIBA 3‑5
* Proficient Revit skills are essential
