Quality Engineering - 12 Month Placement (July 2026)
Entity, Location – Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood.
Quality Steering is responsible for the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Quality, as well as supporting the introduction of new models and quality enhancements.
What awaits you?
* Support, coordination and management of specific daily tasks and longer-term projects.
* Supporting with the Plant problem management process and coordination of new model topics.
* Supporting the implementation of Quality related processes to ensure product improvement.
* Support, analysis and implementation of Quality improvements.
* Support with new vehicle inspection and defect reporting.
What can you look forward to?
* External Studying a Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in a relevant Engineering course.
* Any knowledge in Quality Management or similar would be an advantage, however not a requirement.
* Able to work independently and within a team.
* Use initiative to take tasks and projects from concept through to a complete and implemented solution.
