Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts Producing supporting analysis including profit & loss and balance sheet reconciliations Supporting cashflow management and banking activities Assisting with credit control and ledger maintenance Preparing financial information for internal stakeholders and budget holders Supporting VAT returns and regulatory reporting requirements Maintaining fixed asset records and supporting stock processes Assisting with audit preparation and responding to audit queries Contributing to continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting We are keen to speak with candidates who have strong attention to detail and a solid grounding in finance. You will bring: Significant demonstrable experience in accounts preparation and finance support roles Sound understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting principles Good Excel skills and experience with accounting systems Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Qualifications such as AAT, ACCA, CIMA or similar (or working towards) would be beneficial, but practical experience will be equally valued.
