Description
Manage and support a team of four Accounts Assistants
Oversee all transactional processes, including purchase ledger, sales ledger, cashbook, and bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely posting of all transactions
Ensure VAT returns and other statutory submissions are accurate and submitted on time
Implement and maintain strong financial controls and efficient processes
Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Prepare and manage budgets to support the organisation's strategic goals.
Analyse financial data to provide insights for decision-making.
Manage cash flow and optimise financial resources effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.
Monitor and control costs to enhance profitability.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
Provide leadership to the accounting team and support professional developmentProfile
