The Role
A leading international maritime company is seeking an accomplished Head of Sales – Products to lead a newly created, high-impact division. This strategic position is responsible for shaping global sales architecture and driving commercial growth across dynamic international markets.
Based in Norfolk, the Head of Sales will lead a distributed team of Product Sales and Key Account Managers to deliver sustained revenue and margin growth. The role combines high-level commercial oversight with hands-on leadership and external market representation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution: Developing and deploying a global product sales strategy aligned with long-term commercial targets.
Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a remote, multi-regional sales team to ensure peak performance.
Market Development: Identifying new market opportunities and driving commercial innovation within the products space.
Commercial Management: Overseeing pricing strategies, sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics.
Collaboration: Partnering with Product Management and Marketing to build compelling value propositions and ensure alignment with broader business goals.

The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in international B2B sales leadership, specifically within the maritime, offshore, or technical logistics sectors.
