Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00
This role will provide administrative support to the Finance Team, processing invoices accurately and efficiently.
Overview of the Role:
* Processing invoices accurately and timely, ensuring adherence to company policies.
* Support with the administration within the finance team
* Maintain accurate records invoices and payments
* Prepare and handle corporate documents maintaining strict confidentiality
Experience and Qualifications:
* Previous administration experience required
* Previous finance industry experience required
* Excellent communication skills
* A keen attention to detail
* Proficiency in general IT and Microsoft Excel
