We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Website Content Coordinator to manage and optimise product content across our Shopify store. This role plays a key part in ensuring our website is accurate, engaging, and commercially effective, while supporting product launches and email marketing activity.
Responsibilities
* Upload, manage, and maintain product listings within Shopify
* Write and optimise product descriptions for clarity, consistency, and SEO
* Create and manage collections, categories, and product tagging
* Coordinate and execute new product launches on the website
* Assist with the creation and scheduling of email marketing campaigns
* Support promotional campaigns and seasonal updates
* Dealing with telephone and email queries from website customers
* Attend regular website meetings and contribute to the ambitious growth strategy
* Oversee fulfilment of finance applications
Skills and Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good organisational and time management abilities
* Understanding of e-commerce best practices
