Field Services Engineer
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Leeds. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for executing on‑site maintenance, performing technical troubleshooting, and delivering effective support to resolve IT system issues. Responsibilities include addressing client concerns, troubleshooting technical problems, conducting preventive maintenance, and maintaining the functionality of IT infrastructure. The role includes significant customer interaction, requiring a strong focus on client satisfaction and adaptability to handle various technical environments.
Requirements
* Previous experience in an IT support or IT field engineering role.
* Strong understanding of Windows desktop environments, basic server knowledge, networking fundamentals, and M365.
* Confident working on your own and managing your own schedule.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Access to your own reliable transport.
* Willingness to travel across the UK when required.
* Positive attitude, problem‑solving mindset, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Desirable (not essential)
* Experience with Meraki, UniFi, or Omada networking.
* Experience working for an MSP.
