Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internally and externally. The ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames. The ability to adapt to frequent priority changes. Strong financial and commercial awareness. Duties: To assume single and trusted point of Customer contact for all assigned projects To operate in line with our clients, Project Management framework (including Health and Safety requirements) at all times ensuring that allocated projects are delivered within the agreed scope, plan, budget and time milestones. To ensure awareness and compliance with all contractual arrangements for each assigned project, meeting with relevant stakeholders as required to clarify any points. Ensure all target project deliverables are communicated and reinforced to all relevant business functions. Manage project costs against planned budgetary milestones taking corrective action when necessary and ensuring the finance team are aware of any changes in forecast margins. Communicate consistently to ensure both internal and external customers are informed of project progress and issues and ensure all parties are aware of their requirements.
