The Role
You'll be responsible for supervising a team of administrators while managing the flow of documentation and processes that keep imports moving smoothly. This is a hands-on role, requiring someone who can balance people management with operational delivery.
* Oversee the handling and verification of import paperwork.
* Liaise across operational teams to ensure documentation, clearance, and final mile deliveries run seamlessly.
* Prepare and distribute manifests, load plans, and other transport documentation.
* Act as the first point of contact for staff queries around HR, rosters, payroll, training, and day-to-day issues.
* Coordinate onboarding, right-to-work checks, ID management, and training compliance.
* Support rostering and scheduling to maintain full operational coverage.
* Maintain accurate staff and operational records, ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Promote a safe, secure, and efficient working environment, adhering to health & safety and data protection standards.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What We\'re Looking For
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
* A team-oriented leader who can also work independently under pressure.
* Experience in managing processes, people, and compliance in a fast-moving environment.
