Key Responsibilities:
* Provide compassionate, person-centred support to individuals in residential and supported living settings.
* Assist with daily activities including personal care, meal preparation, and community engagement.
* Promote independence and wellbeing in line with individual care plans.
* Work collaboratively with other support staff and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a care or support role.
* A genuine passion for helping others.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
* Right to work in the UK.
