Production Manager Location: Cheltenham Salary: £50,000 DOE Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (flexibility required) About You We've got an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager to join our client's team, where you will play a key role in overseeing the day to day operations of production and ensuring products are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality standards. In this Production Mananger role, you will lead, develop and motivate production teams, manage schedules and resources, and drive performance against key operational targets. You will play a key part in continuous improvement initiatives, helping to optimise processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
