About you
You’re a senior product manager who enjoys building the foundations other teams rely on. You’re comfortable working with complex platform problems and making clear calls when there are competing demands. You think about the bigger picture and how shared capabilities help teams move faster and deliver more value to customers. You’re happy working through influence rather than authority, and you know how to balance technical decisions with commercial outcomes. At Access, you’ll help shape a platform that brings our hospitality products together and supports thousands of venues every day.
Day-to-day responsibilities
* Own the strategy, roadmap and delivery for a platform domain, turning vision into clear priorities and outcomes.
* Work closely with engineering and design as part of a product trio, making evidence-based decisions and managing trade-offs across teams.
* Partner with product leaders across the hospitality suites to shape shared platform capabilities and communicate plans clearly.
* Use data and AI tools to guide decisions, track adoption and explain the value of platform investment in simple terms.
Your skills and experiences
* Significant experience working on platform, infrastructure, data or integration products in a software-as-a-service environment.
* Strong technical understanding, with confidence discussing APIs, data models and system design with engineering teams.
* Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and prioritising work across multiple teams or products.
* Experience using AI tools to support product discovery, decision-making and delivery.
