Restaurant Manager – Turnpike, Northampton – Beefeater
Fixed‑term contract, ending in September. Salary £38,200 – £40,500.
Reporting to the General Manager, Restaurant Managers play a pivotal part in the daily success and running of the restaurant. It’s all about creating a winning team and delivering the best service to our guests.
Responsibilities
* Support the General Manager in the recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new team members.
* Demonstrate leadership with a hands‑on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating the team through pre‑shift briefs.
* Drive high individual performance through regular one‑to‑ones and coaching to ensure understanding of goals.
* Maintain high standards, attention to detail, and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
* Show passion for the brand, ensuring the team is knowledgeable and confident.
* Manage labour and cost margins effectively, driving sales and revenue, and use guest feedback to maximise opportunities.
* Champion change and implement it with the team.
