Systems Engineer
Location: Bolton, Bristol or Stevenage
Working Pattern: Full-Time, Hybrid working.

Europe’s #1 Integrated Defence Company seeks a talented Systems Engineer to support the design and delivery of next-gen weapons and missile systems, focusing on the front end of the product life cycle.

Notably, a £1.9 billion deal was recently signed to support Poland's border with Ukraine, making it the largest European short-range air defence acquisition program in NATO. These initiatives directly contribute to the peaceful prosperity of millions of citizens and ensure the safety of our Armed Forces.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK Citizen with British citizenship!
• Requirements and Use Case analysis
• Concept assessment and design trade studies
• System architecture design and functional modelling
• Performance assessment and systems behaviour analysis
• Verification, Validation and Certification
• Model-based engineering techniques, including MBSE
Benefits Package:
• Base salary: £48,000 - £60,000 (DoE)
• Annual Bonus: Circa £2,500
• Overtime: Optional paid overtime - flat rate (1.25)

• Pension: Pension 14% (6% Employee and 8% Employer)
