The Opportunity
You will join an established disputes team advising a diverse client base that includes commercial landlords and tenants, property owners, developers and private individuals. The role offers high levels of autonomy alongside strong team collaboration, making it ideal for someone confident in managing their own caseload while contributing to wider departmental growth.
Typical Matters Will Include
* Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
* Lease renewals and terminations
* Possession claims and forfeiture proceedings
* Boundary and rights of way disputes
* Property-related contractual issues
You will manage files from initial instruction through to resolution, including negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation where required.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with solid experience in property litigation
* Strong working knowledge of relevant property and civil procedure legislation
* Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted client relationships
* Commercially aware and solutions-focused
* Organised, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities
