The successful candidate will play a key role in the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of all CSA aspects of the project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic team on a fast-paced, technically challenging build.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate all on-site CSA works including concrete, steel structures, internal fit-out, and architectural finishes
* Manage and liaise with subcontractors to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification
* Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager and Construction Manager
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
* Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
* Review method statements, risk assessments, and construction drawings
* Assist with planning and sequencing of CSA activities
* Provide leadership to ensure a strong safety culture is maintained on site
Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in a supervisory role within the CSA discipline
* Previous experience on data centres or large-scale industrial/commercial projects
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, HSE legislation, and construction best practices
* Proven ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors
* Excellent organisational, communication, and reporting skills
* Engineering or construction-related qualification desirable
* CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid certification preferred
