Salary: Main Pay Scale 1 to 7 (£32,157 – £48,075 per annum, dependent on experience)
A forward-thinking secondary school in Manchester is seeking a dedicated English Teacher to inspire and motivate students across KS3 and KS4. You will deliver engaging lessons that develop literacy skills and prepare pupils for GCSE English Language and Literature.
* Plan and deliver dynamic English lessons aligned with the national curriculum
* Differentiate learning to meet all student needs including SEN and EAL
* Assess and track pupil progress, providing timely feedback
* Contribute to departmental initiatives, moderation, and extracurricular activities
* Participate in school-wide literacy development programs
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Passion for English literature and language
* Commitment to fostering a love of reading and writing in students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
