We are working with a Tier 1 bank on a long-term programme within Model Risk Management, focused on improving the understanding and traceability of data used within Finance models.
This is an opportunity to join a high-impact initiative aligned to SS1/23, working at the intersection of Finance, Risk and Data.
* The bank have a hybrid model (1-2 days per week typically expected on-site) and we can be flexible on location within the UK
* Inside IR35
* Initial contract to end 2026, with strong potential for extension - 2-3 year programme
The Role
This is not a passive BA role. Youll be working with model documentation that is often incomplete or unstructured, with the goal of building a clear picture of:
* What data is being used within models
* Where that data comes from
* How it is defined and transformed
* What controls exist around it
The role involves reviewing documentation, identifying gaps, and engaging stakeholders to fill in the missing pieces.
Its a hands-on, investigative role and would suit a BA who enjoys digging into detail, asking the right questions, and making sense of complex information.
