Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in any of the Vitality Offices (Bournemouth, London or Stockport). Full time hours.

What this role is all about:
As a Content Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the UK Product journey, which includes the UK Member App and the web-based Memberzone. You will be responsible for developing, updating, and reviewing content across end-to-end user journeys, informed by data and research from both internal and external sources. Working closely with business stakeholders and a cross-functional team of product and UX professionals, you will craft content that delivers seamless, user-focused experiences while meeting business objectives.
Key Actions
4. Design clear, user-focused content that simplifies complex processes and works seamlessly across digital channels
5. Use research and data to understand user needs, identify content gaps, and create intuitive user journeys
6. Build and manage content experiences using tools like Sitecore CMS
7. Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, and Content Designers to maintain consistent standards and governance
8. Ensure all content is accurate, accessible, on-brand, and regularly reviewed
Write and edit engaging copy and create content briefs to deliver the best possible user experience
What do you need to thrive?
9. Educated to a degree level or equivalent
10. Digital specialist with a proven track record working in native apps and web
11. Experience of designing content for members/consumers
12. Awareness of user journey mapping and user story writing
13. Experience of UX accessible writing and content design for digital channels
14. Experience of editing and publishing in Sitecore content management system
15. Strong understanding of digital analytics and conversion rate optimisation processes
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with business and technical stakeholders at all levels
