Position Overview: We're hiring a skilled Legal Secretary/Assistant to support a partner and solicitor in child and family care cases. You'll manage legal documents, schedules, and client communications. This role offers full-time hours in a supportive team environment. The hours of work is Monday to Friday, 9-5, all on-site in the offices in Caerphilly. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing legal documents and using Osprey Case Management software. Schedule appointments and meetings, and communicate with clients professionally. Transcribe legal correspondence accurately using digital dictation. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong IT skills, including fast typing (70 - 80 wpm). Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in legal support, preferably in child and family care cases. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in digital dictation and Microsoft Office. Typing speed of 70 - 80 wpm. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
