Broster Buchanan are partnered with a global leader in the food industry who are looking for an ERP Business Analyst to join their growing IT Team and support the development and implementation of their bespoke WMS/ERP system both locally and internationally. They are looking for an experienced BA with 3+ years experience and exposure to the whole ERP implementation lifecycle.On offer is a salary of £50k - £60k + 10% bonus and a mostly remote working pattern, with travel 1-2 times per month to Birmingham, and an occasional need to travel locally or internationally to client sites, typically for 2-3 days per month on average. Occasional out of hours support will be required.Key Responsibilities:
* Develop an in-depth understanding of the ERP/WMS platform and the underlying business.
* Drive the implementation of innovative solutions that solve complex technical and business issues.
* Implementation & Support of the ERP and other Business Applications in Ireland, the UK and Europe.
* Provide dedicated support and collaboration to Spanish business entities, ensuring strong alignment and effective delivery across all shared systems and initiatives.
* Provide onsite support and training during implementation phases.
* Analyse & design appropriate solutions via gathering and documenting end user requirements.
* Assist in the optimisation of systems, processes and reports.
* Be the first point of contact for end user application queries and support issues.
* Undertake software testing, including creating of test plans.
* Assist with the maintenance and support of all IT systems and infrastructure when required.
* Provide occasional out of hours' support.
Skills and Experience:
* B2 or higher Spanish is essential, as the role requires ongoing collaboration and support with the Spanish business entities.
* Proven experience across the whole ERP implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and hyper care.
* Experience in interpreting complex business and user requirements to design appropriate solutions.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT Business Analyst capacity.
* Industry experience with FMCG/Fresh Goods and appropriate WMS/Supply Chain systems would be very beneficial
* Excellent communication skills at all levels within a commercial environment, with the ability to manage a diverse stakeholder landscape.
* Strong reporting and documentation skills.
