Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate, driven, and visionary Clinic Manager to lead our Crawley Kidney Treatment Centre in collaboration with the NHS. This is a leadership opportunity where you’ll inspire your team, innovate patient care, and elevate clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day‑to‑day operations of the Crawley Unit with a relentless focus on patient care, ensuring every aspect of the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Develop, mentor, and empower your team of dedicated healthcare professionals, creating a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
* Ensure that patients are at the heart of everything we do – addressing their concerns with compassion and providing exceptional care that goes beyond expectations.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and outstanding service.
* Drive clinical excellence by continuously improving patient outcomes through best practices, innovation, and proactive problem‑solving.
* Foster a culture of constant improvement, motivating your team to reach new heights in service delivery and patient satisfaction.
* Manage resources, budgets, and supplies with an eye for efficiency, always aiming to optimise clinic performance without compromising on quality.
* Be a key player in our UK‑wide Clinic Manager community, participating in our Clinic Manager Development Programme to grow both personally and professionally.
Qualifications and Experience
* A passion for patient care and the drive to make a meaningful impact.
* A registered nurse (NMC) qualification.
* Dialysis experience in the UK.
* Proven experience in a senior nursing or management role within a dialysis setting, ideally with prior CQC registration.
* In‑depth understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its importance in independent healthcare settings.
* Strong leadership and team‑management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and staff alike.
* A commitment to continuously raising the bar on patient care and clinical outcomes.
