Location: Cardiff (walkable from the train station)
Salary: £27,000 per annum, OTE £47,000
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our client, an IT Managed Services Provider and Technology business, who is looking to add to their successful sales team.
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a vital part in the sales process, helping to secure appointments and sales that will add to the ongoing success of the business.
Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients over the phone
* Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
* Update customer information in the database during and after each call
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals
Required Qualifications
* Proven track record in telesales or a similar sales role within IT Services
* Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
* Familiarity with CRM software
