This vacancy has arisen due to an internal promotion, reflecting our commitment to developing staff and recognising talent within our organisation. You'll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking team, working with students who are improving their maths qualifications alongside a technical programme in Leadership, Management and Lifestyle (LML) or Engineering & Motor Vehicle.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a Lecturer in Functional Skills Maths, your role will be key to delivering engaging, inclusive learning experiences. You will:
Deliver and manage high-quality teaching and assessment in Functional Skills Maths.
Assist with curriculum development to enhance student learning and outcomes.
Support student recruitment, retention, and achievement, offering guidance and developmental support.
Use innovative teaching methods, both online and face-to-face, to engage and inspire students.
Contribute to the academic community through professional development, research, and scholarship.
