* Review and finalise accounts, tax returns, and statutory filings, ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards
* Support business growth through client advisory, forecasting, and involvement in networking and marketing activities
* Lead and develop junior staff, delegating work, reviewing output, and providing coaching to maintain high performance and standards
