What You’ll Do
1. Support the Senior Cook/Cook with food preparation, including specialised diets.
2. Assist with stock control, meal service, washing pots, and associated kitchen/domestic duties.
3. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas in line with cleaning schedules and health & safety standards.

You will be honest, trustworthy, and committed to working as part of a team within a busy kitchen that operates across seven days per week. Weekend work will be required, and you will receive an enhanced hourly rate of time and a half for those hours.
