Rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months initially and extendable (long term project)
Responsibilities
* 12+ years CRM experience with at least 3 years in public sector or Energy & Utilities Services domain
* PSS (Salesforce Public Sector Cloud) implementation experience is mandatory.
* Experience with PSS cloud and GDS understanding is beneficial.
* CRM/Salesforce solution experience is a plus.
* Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate systems.
* Detail-oriented with quick learning ability for new concepts and technologies.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collaborate within a team to solve problems.
* Act as a trusted digital transformation advisor.
* Lead business process redesign and roadmap planning in public sector/energy & utilities industries.
* Assess customer requirements, co-create future vision, and map to Salesforce solutions.
* Guide on target architecture, phasing, and transition planning.
* Provide expertise for Salesforce 360 platform solutions.
* Assist in building CRM strategies aligning with customer goals.
* Design and configure solutions for complex business needs.
* Collaborate with technical teams on solution details and architecture.
* Review design blueprints and identify potential risks.
* Stay updated on Salesforce industry trends and solutions.
