We're looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join our Scottish SCAPE team based in Moredun, South East Edinburgh. Location: Moredun, South East Edinburgh - On site Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. This is an excellent opportunity to become the friendly face of our team, working directly with residents during energy efficiency upgrade works on their homes. You'll play a vital role in ensuring tenants have a positive experience throughout their home improvement journey, acting as the key point of contact between residents, our site teams, and client representatives. What will you be responsible for? As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you'll be working within the Scottish SCAPE team, supporting them in delivering exceptional customer care during live construction projects. Your day to day will include: Building positive relationships with residents, monitoring projects daily and ensuring their needs are met throughout the works Scheduling appointments for upcoming works and responding promptly to customer queries Coordinating with internal teams, trades, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery Handling complaints sensitively and resolving any snagging issues that arise Identifying any service delivery concerns and reporting them appropriately to maintain high standards What are we looking for?
