A well-established Top 200 UK law firm with multiple offices is looking to recruit a Planning Lawyer to join its growing Commercial team.

Duties will include
* Advising on a range of planning matters including applications, appeals, enforcement and judicial reviews
* Drafting and negotiating Section 106 agreements and other planning documentation
* Conducting legal research and preparing reports, briefings and written advice
* Supporting senior lawyers on complex planning and environmental matters
* Liaising with local authorities, developers and other stakeholders
* Monitoring developments in planning legislation, policy and case law
Successful candidates will have
* Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years’ PQE in Planning and/or Environmental Law
* Strong technical knowledge of planning law and associated regulatory frameworks
* Commercial awareness and the ability to provide pragmatic, client-focused advice
* Strong research, drafting and communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
