Senior Continuous Improvement Manager
Location: No Fixed Location (UK-wide travel required)
Salary: £51,000
£60,000 + 10% Annual Bonus
Driving Licence Required (must be over 21 for insurance purposes)

What Youll Do:
Design scalable resourcing and delivery models across hard, soft, and food FM services
Align UK systems with global platforms for a seamless, integrated operating model
Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to enhance process consistency and service quality
Data & Insight:
Build insightful reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI) that drive smarter decisions
Eliminate non-value-adding reports and focus on data that tells a compelling story
Translate complex analysis into clear insights for operational and senior stakeholders
Continuous Improvement & Culture:
Drive a culture of improvement through coaching, training, and cross-functional collaboration
Lead and support improvement projects across sites and functions
Partner with internal teams to embed best practices and digital solutions

What Youll Bring
Essential:
Strong background in continuous improvement, analytics, and service optimisation
Proven experience applying Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable process improvements
Experience working within an Agile environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results iteratively.
Skilled in Power BI, Microsoft 365, and integrated reporting tools
Commercial mindset with the ability to influence across all levels
Experience managing multi-site improvement initiatives
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel across the UK
Desirable:
Experience in government or regulated sectors
Qualifications in finance, statistics, or data analysis
Experience with structured project methodologies and external vendors
