Business Development Manager (Engineering) Our client, a leading Engineering firm based in Dungannon, are seeking an experienced Salesperson to grow sales and develop new sales opportunities. Work to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives and targets and expand the business. Develop plan for covering the global areas To develop, implement and manage sales and marketing initiatives Drive saleswhilst striving to maintain or improve company sales margins. Work with and learn from sales team to gain technical knowledge of all products and equipment Work to sales targets as directed, in time contribute and develop sales strategy. Liaise with pricing team to prepare quotations. To identify the go to market strategy Aftercare on products and services to make sure customer are satisfied Attend trade shows and exhibitions What you need to succeed: Practical knowledge of the principles and practices involved in new business development, product marketing and sales. Previous track record in sales withing the engineering sector. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Excellent interpersonal skills to prepare and deliver formal presentations to customers. Valid, Clean Driving License Valid Passport. Travel is required variation of time and frequency out of the country. It will be initially the UK mainland and Ireland but will progress to foreign travel.
