Key Responsibilities • Leading the planning, execution, and optimisation of email and direct mail communications. • Managing customer segmentation strategies for personalised, relevant targeting. • Owning the marketing calendar and campaign scheduling across channels. • Developing lifecycle marketing strategies, from onboarding to retention. • Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns. • Tracking and reporting on campaign performance, using insights to drive improvements. • Ensuring all communications comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and deliverability best practices Key skills and experience • Proven experience in email marketing, CRM, and lifecycle communications. • Strong knowledge of customer segmentation and personalisation tactics. • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce). • Experience integrating direct mail with digital marketing. • A data-driven mindset and confidence in performance reporting and A/B testing. • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills. • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to campaign planning and delivery.
