Oliver Hind Ltd are on the lookout for a Project / Site Manager to join our team for a refurbishment project creating 39 studio apartments. Duties
● Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring programmes run smoothly
● Liaising with stakeholders, subcontractors, and consultants
● Taking ownership of site health & safety with support from our H&S team
● Leading and motivating site teams, providing support, training and direction
● Keeping the site tidy, safe and high standard at all times
● Ensuring compliance with building regulations and technical documentation
● Maintaining accurate site records, progress reports, inductions and inspections
● Overseeing snagging and remedial works ahead of inspections and handovers
Requirements and Experience
● Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification
● Experience leading site teams in a construction environment
● Strong understanding of current H&S and building legislation
● A full, clean UK driving license and your own vehicle
● Good IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
● Scaffold Appreciation and LOLER certificates (desirable)
A construction qualification (e.g., HNC, HND, or NVQ Level 6) is a plus.
