Account Manager / Junior Account Manager - MSP\n\nLocations: North West London, Colchester, Portsmouth, Wolverhampton\n Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE + Bonus\n Hours: Flexible (start between 8:00-9:30, finish between 16:30-18:00)\n Working Model: Fully on-site for 3-month probation, then hybrid (3 days in the office / 2 days from home)\n\nWe are recruiting on behalf of a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a driven Account Manager or Junior Account Manager to join their team across multiple UK locations.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in an Account Management role within the MSP sector, who is confident managing existing client relationships and generating new business.\n\nYou will play a key role in managing client accounts while actively identifying opportunities to expand the client base.\n\nKey Responsibilities as an Account Manager:\n\nAct as the main point of contact for your assigned MSP clients\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders\nProactively resolve client issues and ensure service excellence\nCollaborate with technical teams to deliver seamless IT support\nIdentify and close upselling opportunities and expand existing accounts\nDevelop new business by building relationships with prospective clients\nSupport onboarding of new clients and oversee contract renewals \n\nRequirements as an Account Manager:\n\nMinimum 1 year of experience as an Account Manager within an MSP is essential\nBackground in 1st and 2nd line support\nProven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships\nComfortable selling to both new and existing clients\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent organisation and prioritisation abilities\nConfident working independently and collaboratively with technical teams \n\nWhat's on Offer as an Account Manager:\n\n£35,000 - £45,000 salary (depending on experience) + performance-related bonus\nFlexible working hours to support work-life balance\nHybrid working available after 3-month probation (2 days working from home)\nSupportive, collaborative work environment\nOngoing training, development, and clear progression opportunities \n\nIf you're ready to take the next step in your MSP career with a company that values both account retention and business growth, we want to hear from you.\n\nApply now or contact us for further details
