Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure every child thrives. What You'll Need to Succeed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in Early Years, ideally in a Reception class. A warm and reflective approach to teaching. Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
